stress

what is stress?

stress is an adaptive response to a situation that is perceived as challenging or threatening to a person's well being.

i am now being challenge by tah sapa2 tah kt luar tu yg dok wat bising. memokak tak tentu hala. aku nak mentelaah OB ni laaa weyyyy. nak kata jiran aku, rasanya takde dgr pulak sora dia kt luar tu. kang aku tegur kang kata takde semangat kejiranan pulak.

bila time cmni rasanya bagus lg org2 kt kl/selangor kan. org hormat people's privacy. tak sibuk nak ambil tau hal orang. even dok kt apartment pun takde laa bising mcm pasar borong. pasar borong selayang pun takde bising mana ok!

benci laaa.....

Masa duk kl/selangor dulu.. bukan ke umah kita yang paling bising uols? Hahahaha.. ;-)
